This jam is so exciting that I’ve had a blast experimenting with ways to use it. A perfect addition to cheese plates, shaking it up in cocktails, using it as a topping for panna cotta, spicing up plain yogurt, adding it to French toast or homemade pop-tarts. And my favorite, adding it to stir-fries.
